Marcross / Nash Point

Marcross Beach is mostly rocky but an interesting beach for the children. There are fossils to be found if you look carefully.

Fishing at Marcross is good. There is car parking payable on entry to car park, which is on top of the cliffs. Take care when children are leaving the car! From here it is a short walk to  Nash Point Lighthouse

There are toilet facilities and refreshments.

Beach access not suitable for disabled.

Please keep children away from the foot of the cliffs, owing to rockfalls.

Above is the very popular "Plough and Harrow" pub in the nearby village of Broughton. Good selection of "Real Ale"It's  well signposted, worth a stop on your way back from Nash Point..
