Llangrannog, just south of Newquay has a great beach for the children with small coves and unusual rock formations. There are a couple of pubs for the grown ups, fish and chip shop, beach shop selling souvenirs, and excellent toilet facilities. Access to Llangrannog is via some narrow lanes, especially entering the village so take care. Car parking is limited, the Ship Inn car by the beach is excellent although quite expensive.
