Garw Nant Visitor Centre is a great day out for the whole family. Explore one of the many woodlands open to the public within the Brecon Beacons National Park.
Garwnant Visitor Centre, owned and managed by Forestry Commission Wales, is situated in Coed Taf Fawr, a large area of forestry situated in the National Park. The visitor centre has a café, gift shop and play area. Close to the centre are several forest walks and an easy access trail running alongside a stream with platforms
over a pond.
The majority of this popular, family
orientated site complete with play areas
is on a slope.
There are several kilometres of barrier-free
walks available which are mainly surfaced
with compacted stone. The play areas are
